Pacific Ballroom & Seaview
The Pacific Ballroom & Seaview is our largest venue, this 4,325-square-foot ballroom can accommodate up to 320 guests in a reception-style event.
Pacific Ballroom
Our Pacific Ballroom showcases panoramic views of the Ocean, Channel Islands, and Santa Ynez Mountains. This space is lit beautifully for both casual and formal occasions, complete with foyer, prep kitchen, and access to Costa restaurant via spiral staircase.

Seaview
Seaview is located just off Pacific Ballroom with windows on three sides, views of the ocean and mountains, and a Juliet balcony. This space can be privatized from the ballroom with an airwall and has access to Costa restaurant via spiral staircase.
Fireside
Located in the original hotel lobby, the Fireside Ballroom perfectly balances old and new with fully restored hand-painted ceiling beams from 1931 matched with contemporary chandeliers, unfinished hardwood flooring, and an impressive fireplace.
Terrace Ballroom
With a wrap around veranda perfect for a cocktail reception or seated dining, Terrace Ballroom offers beautiful ocean views through French doors, great indoor outdoor flow, lawn access, and a prep kitchen.
Studio
Our intimate Studio is a bright setting with a boardroom table, 85-inch smart TV, audiovisual capability, and two large windows that reveal the Santa Ynez Mountains and adjacent park.
Lobby Living Room
Located off the lobby, Mar Monte’s Living Room is a relaxing retreat holding an eclectic collection of classic and modern books for all interests. Borrow a book to enjoy while lounging throughout the property or from the comfort of your room. The folding wall of windows opens out onto the Ocean Front Terrace and naturally lends itself to welcoming casual gatherings.
Oceanfront Outdoor Terrace
The Oceanfront Outdoor Terrace is a 1,250-square-foot terrace with ocean views, ideal for up to 80 guests in a reception-style event.
Living Room & Oceanfront Terrace
The vine-covered pergola and gurgling Spanish tile fountain of the Ocean Front Terrace offer ocean breezes, intimate seating arrangements, and a large firepit to enjoy Santa Barbara’s perfect weather.
Ocean Lawn
The Ocean Lawn is a 710-square-foot venue that hosts 40 guests in a banquet-style affair.
Cabrillo Arts Pavilion Ballroom
This sprawling, 3,500-square-foot ballroom is ideal for a reception setup, accommodating up to 216 guests.
