The Pacific Ballroom & Seaview is our largest venue, this 4,325-square-foot ballroom can accommodate up to 320 guests in a reception-style event with panoramic views of the Ocean, Channel Islands, and Santa Ynez Mountains. This space is lit beautifully for both casual and formal occasions, complete with foyer, prep kitchen, and access to Costa restaurant via spiral staircase.

Seaview is located just off Pacific Ballroom with windows on three sides, views of the ocean and mountains, and a Juliet balcony. This space can be privatized from the ballroom with an airwall and has access to Costa restaurant via spiral staircase.

Located in the original hotel lobby, the Fireside Ballroom perfectly balances old and new with fully restored hand-painted ceiling beams from 1931 matched with contemporary chandeliers, unfinished hardwood flooring, and an impressive fireplace.

With a wrap around veranda perfect for a cocktail reception or seated dining, Terrace Ballroom offers beautiful ocean views through French doors, great indoor outdoor flow, lawn access, and a prep kitchen.

The Oceanfront Outdoor Terrace is a 1,250-square-foot terrace with ocean views, ideal for up to 80 guests in a reception-style event.

The Ocean Lawn is a 710-square-foot venue that hosts 40 guests in a banquet-style affair.
