Southern California ambience and international flavors mingle at our Hyatt Mar Monte restaurants. As it happens, our boutique hotel—just steps away from irresistible sand and surf—is a fantastic place to become acquainted with just how spectacularly good Santa Barbara dining can be.
At costa Kitchen & Bar, coastal Italian cookery inflected with Middle Eastern and Eastern Mediterranean influences dazzle the taste buds with a backdrop of Pacific Ocean views. Start with Central Coast Crab, Roasted Romanesco Cauliflower, Day Boat Fish Crudo, or another of the fabulous costa appetizers, then move on to some Citrus & Fennel Salad, Tagliatelle Bolognese or Squid Ink Linguine & Clams, perhaps the Roasted Rack of Lamb or the Scottish King Salmon, and then round things out with a dessert such as the delectable California Olive Oil Cake. Fine wines, specialty cocktails, craft beers, and other libations provide the ideal accompaniment.
Our costa Kitchen & Bar is open from 5 to 10 PM Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday and from 5 to 11 PM on Friday and Saturday, with great deals on appetizers and drinks available during the “Golden Hour” Happy Hour (Wednesday through Sunday, 5 to 7 PM).

At Café Lido, meanwhile, you’ve got the full breakfast, lunch, and dinner spectrum to enjoy every day from 7 AM till 8 PM—and all the way to 9 PM on Friday and Saturday. Dining on the easy, breezy Mar Monte Hotel pool deck, you’ll savor Mediterranean-inspired fare such as house made flatbreads, sandwiches, and wraps alongside local mussels, cheese boards, burgers, and such breakfast offerings as French toast and granola.
